The Sakara Experience is a limited-edition offering that unlocks exclusive access to different perks when you commit to 4 weeks of our Signature Nutrition. These perks include:

To participate in the Sakara Experience you must receive 2 or 3 meals per day, 3 or 5 days per week.

The Sakara Experience is 4 weeks of the Signature Nutrition Program. By joining us for this limited-edition offer, you are unlocking access to our founders, exclusive community, expert talks, and limited-edition Sakara gifts. Clients who participate in this program must receive at least 2 meals per day, 3-5 days per week.

When you join us for a Signature Nutrition Program, you can choose the number of days you would like to receive meals (3 or 5 days), and you may also choose which meals you would like to receive (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner).

• You will receive your limited-edition Sakara gifts (dressings + beverages) in your first meal delivery.

• You will receive your exclusive recipes, access to expert talks, community access and instructions on how to redeem your Alo Moves membership via email the Thursday before your program begins.

• You will receive guidance from our founders, Danielle + Whitney, via email throughout the four weeks of your experience.

Because Sakara meals are made with the highest-quality, fresh, organic ingredients, we deliver no more than 3 days of meals at a time. If you order a 3-day program, it will arrive in 1 delivery; if you order a 5-day program, it will arrive in 2 deliveries.

We offer a set menu of delicious meals that everyone on the program receives. As a subscriber you will have the exclusive perk to customize your plan by having the option to swap meals. View next week’s menu: sakara.com/next-week-menu

Our delivery boxes are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery—this is ok! That means the ice packs are doing their job, and your food should still be cold. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible. All meals will stay fresh for up to three days after delivery with proper refrigeration.

If you are not home when a delivery is made, our shipping carriers or delivery partners may leave your order at your doorstep or with your doorman, depending on your area. You are able to provide additional delivery instructions (e.g., leaving the delivery at the back door). Please note that while our carriers will do their best to honor these special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from these requests. It is your responsibility to be home during the delivery window if there isn’t someone available to accept it on your behalf.

As a subscriber you are able to modify your delivery address and/or delivery instructions by logging in to their Sakara subscription account. From here, click on “Account” and scroll down to “Manage Subscriptions.” Select Edit next to “Delivery Address” and update your address and/or notes accordingly. Any changes to your subscription must be made before midnight EST on Wednesday of the week prior.

By signing up for the Sakara Experience, you are opting in for four consecutive weeks of Sakara breakfasts, lunches, and/or dinners. You cannot skip a week during the program.

On days you do not receive Sakara meals, we still encourage you to nourish yourself with nutrient-dense foods and rituals that support your body and mind. As an effect of eating Sakara, your gut microbiome will shift and you will find yourself starting to crave fiber-rich veggies, anti-inflammatory healthy fats, and satiating plant protein. Focus on eating as many organic fruits, vegetables, and whole grains as possible—and if you’re looking for recipe inspiration, check out our plant-rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas and daily inspiration on https://www.sakara.com/mag/tagged/recipes/.

You will also receive some exclusive recipes as part of The Sakara Experience to enjoy with your limited-edition Sakara dressings.

This program is designed to optimize your biology with the power of food. As you begin, you are changing your gut environment, microbiome composition, metabolic rate, hormone signaling, and more. As these functions shift, side effects—including sugar cravings, bloat, or fluctuations in weight—are very normal. It’s important to tune into your body during these four weeks, have patience and respect for this transition, and nourish accordingly to reduce side effects in the long term. If you have more specific questions, please remember to turn to your community Slack channel, which is full of support from other Sakara clients on this journey with you, as well as our in-house nutritionist.

As part of your program, you will have access to our private Slack community, where you can connect with other Sakara clients on this journey with you, members of the Sakara team, and our founders, Whitney and Danielle. You will receive an invite to this community via email. Throughout your program, you will also have access to our Wellness team, who will be there to answer any questions you have—just reach out at support@sakaralife.com.
